Release Notes – 10/12/2021

Broker Builder Solutions is pleased to announce this week’s enhancements and fixes to our Data Validation Platform. Each enhancement/fix is separated by Applicable Users (subscribers who are directly affected by the enhancement or the fix) for easier viewing.

Edit an Organization

We have added the ability for a user to edit an Organization name. This allows the user to correct a saved Organization name in case of an incorrect or misspelled name.

 Inactivate an Organization

We have added the ability for a user to inactive an Organization. The inactivation option allows us to declutter the Organization list for easier viewing. The Organization can be deactivated using the EDIT feature and by unchecking the Active button.

Delete an unverified user

We have added the ability to delete an unverified user from the system. An unverified user consists of someone who has NOT completed the registration process. In order to delete an unverified entry, the user must first be disabled and then the option to delete becomes available. Please note that the deletion cannot be undone. The entry will need to be added again if deleted in error.

Additional field for Auditor Notes

We have split the Post Your Notes into 2 distinct note options: Auditor and Verifier. This allows the Auditor a separate field to add notes helpful to the designated Verifier. The Auditor Notes are also locked for Verifier Access users. This eliminates the possibility of the Verifier deleting notes included by the Auditor.

Retain the renamed source file name throughout the comparison process

We have corrected an issue where a source file was renamed during the initial step in the comparison process but was not carried through subsequent steps and downloadable reports.
