Address Mapping for Abbreviations and Full Name
We have added internal address mapping for values such as street, road, and avenue. The Platform has identified approximately 190 commonly used abbreviations currently found in addresses and will automatically map based on the values identified in the baseline and secondary files. This will prevent discrepancies being flagged such as Rd to Road, St to Street when they are not true discrepancies. This also prevents manual manipulation of the file data prior to import. However, if any of the remaining data in the address, other than the mapping, is incorrect, the discrepancy will be flagged.
Will NOT flag as discrepancy: address mapping has been applied and the remaining data matches
WILL flag as discrepancy: address mapping has been applied but the remaining data DOES NOT match
Automatic mapping will only apply when the data point name/column header is one of the following:
1. Address
2. Address 1
3. Address 2
4. ADDRESS LINE 1
5. ADDRESS LINE 2
6. Street Address
7. Address
Any other naming convention will result in discrepancies.
Zip – removal of 4-digit Extension
We have also added an automatic removal of the 4-digit extension in a zip code if found in either the baseline or secondary file. This will prevent discrepancies being flagged when one file contains only the primary 5-digit zip code and the other includes the extension. This also eliminates the need to manually manipulate the zip code data prior to import.

Increased Timeout
We have increased the timeout window to 18 minutes. With no activity, the system will automatically log the user out of the Platform. Any work not currently saved will be lost
